Give The Important Things Priority

http://youtu.be/q1as4DNOy3s

I love this video and think that it is a great reminder for a Monday morning. The idea of prioritizing the big rocks sounds simple, but so many of us attempt to organize our lives around the myriad small things that occur daily. Make this week different. Decide what is important and prioritize those things. You will be surprised how quickly the small things of life fall into their proper place. Live one life.

You Must Make Time For The Important Things First

When I first saw this video it became an instant favorite of mine and one that I share with the emerging leaders that I coach. In this video the late Dr. Stephen R. Archbishop Tutu on Servant Leadership

I came across this video on YouTube, and thought it was a good discussion of servant leadership in particular and leadership in general. Archbishop Desmond Tutu won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1984. This is a portion of a twenty-four minute interview conducted in 2007. The entire interview can be seen on Nobelprize.org.

Seeing Is Believing!

I mentioned Todd Bentley during a recent Bible Study at the church where I serve as senior pastor. Quite naturally, he was mentioned during a discussion of what sin and indulgence of the flesh have produced in church leadership. I believe that people are so desirous of an “experience” with God, that they will actually listen and even submit to this kind of heretical foolishness.

For those haven’t seen clips or heard of Mr. Bentley view the above clip. A couple of warnings. First, he is violent, vulgar, and nonsensical. Second, for all of the above reasons the shelf life of this clip will be short.
