Plant-Based Breakfast: Tofu Scramble with Mexican Chorizo


So, I’ve made my way back to plant-based eating after a yearlong hiatus. The main reason for my return is that I simply feel better physically when eating plant-based. I’ll share pics and possibly recipes from time to time. This was breakfast earlier today. 

I used extra-firm non-GMO organic tofu, liquid amigos, turmeric, Field Roast’s Mexican Sausage, nutritional yeast, and black pepper. That’s it. Simple, plain, and really good.
